New to The Vista,  The Dragon Room has been created in the spirit of the Japanese izakaya...which kinda translates into Stay/Drink/Place. Part restaurant, part cocktail bar, we simply want to be a place you feel comfortable hanging at. We are fanatics about the flavors of Asia, from the vastness of China's multitude of regions to the Taiwan night markets to the varied prefectures of Japan. We swoon over the flavors of Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Burma. Bop around the islands of the South Pacific? Yes, please. Korea? Don't even get us started.

 Borders mean nothing. We love it all. From our kitchen to our bar, we plan to bring an ever-changing menu of goodness from every corner of these amazing culinary traditions...whether traditionally or with fun, new takes.
